About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Associate Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, driving people strategies that support organizational goals and employee engagement. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performance culture, ensuring talent readiness, and partnering with leadership to create an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR consultation and daily operational support.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, develop insights, and recommend solutions.
Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and grievance resolutions.
Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support workforce planning, succession management, and organizational design initiatives.
Identify and address learning and development needs for individuals and teams.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs.
Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
8–10 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and industry best practices.
Proven experience managing stakeholders and influencing within a large, matrixed organization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Executive presence with the ability to engage senior leadership confidently.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
Skilled in negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution.
Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
