About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Associate Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, driving people strategies that support organizational goals and employee engagement. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performance culture, ensuring talent readiness, and partnering with leadership to create an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR consultation and daily operational support.

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, develop insights, and recommend solutions.

  • Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and grievance resolutions.

  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Support workforce planning, succession management, and organizational design initiatives.

  • Identify and address learning and development needs for individuals and teams.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative HR strategies that drive business outcomes.


  • 8–10 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and industry best practices.

  • Proven experience managing stakeholders and influencing within a large, matrixed organization.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

  • Executive presence with the ability to engage senior leadership confidently.

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively.

  • Skilled in negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
