HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Egypt!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage performance reviews, training, and staff development plans
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Handle payroll coordination and employee benefits
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience (15 years) in HR management or senior HR roles
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
