Manpower Planning/ Resource Management

Workforce planning: Work with function heads on manpower requirements, monitor & manage the HC & associated labour cost.

Custodian for preparing the total HR cost including labour, recruitment, training, welfare, employee engagement etc
-
Responsible for timely reporting of cost figures to finance, local management, regional & alliance HR teams as and when required. Monitoring the progress & intervention in terms of cost optimization will be the key responsibility.
Talent acquisition & Onboarding and employee data management in Workday

TA process adherence: Ensuring Job requisitions are timely managed in Workday.

Ensure timely closure of open positions in line with the Organizational requirements with no compromise on quality through Talent acquisition team.

Ensuring HR Organization induction and support in smooth onboarding of new joiners.

Employee Data accuracy in Workday.
Talent Management
-
Partnering with Business to identify talents and prepare CDPs and IDPs for them.

Succession planning for critical positions and roles
-
Support in driving Entity career committee's
Performance Management
-
Assist in driving the performance management cycle, ensuring timely completion of goals, mid year and annual appraisal cycle.

Process Awareness sessions for employees.
Employee engagement
-
Responsible for driving the annual employee engagement survey, ensuring participation of employees in the same.

Driving the Engagement CFT, analysis of the survey result and creation and implementation of the yearly Engagement plan.

Organize forums like Town hall, SKIP meetings to ensure transparent communication to all employees from the management

Implementation of Rewards & Recognition program to motivate the best performers
Training & Development

Implementation of the annual training calendar based on the training requirements collected as an outcome TNI.

Key responsibilities: Training calendar schedule adherence, Training man days per employee, Training feedback monitoring.

Custodian for maintaining the annual Training budget
Statutory compliances

Adhere to the state statutory requirements across various locations in the country & record keeping

POSH compliance & quarterly meetings
