About the Project
Stellar Manufacturers is developing a state-of-the-art greenfield industrial facility for a premium beverages brand.
We are hiring an experienced HR Compliance Officer to ensure 100% adherence to Indian Labour Laws, Statutory Requirements, Contractor Compliance, and HR governance across the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Labour Welfare, Law, or related field
- Master’s Degree in HRM / MSW / MLW / LLB (preferred)
- Certifications in Labour Law Compliance / Industrial Relations are an advantage
Experience Required
- 5–8 years experience in HR compliance, statutory management, IR, or site HR
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, including:
– CLRA, Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act
– Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus & Gratuity
– ESIC, PF, PT & Contract Compliance
– Occupational Safety & Health Codes
- Experience managing contractor workforce compliance (PF/ESI/WC/CLRA registers)
- Strong documentation, audit & statutory reporting experience

- HR audits, inspections & liaison with government authorities
- Attendance, muster roll & wage register management

- Drafting, documentation & legal record maintenance
- Safety & statutory coordination with site teams
- Excellent communication, reporting & follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable Indian Labour Laws for the greenfield project
- Manage contractor labour compliance including PF/ESI submissions, challans & registers
- Maintain statutory records: muster roll, wage register, leave register, overtime register, Form XIII, XIV, XVIII, etc.
- Coordinate labour licence applications, renewals & contractor onboarding compliance
- Prepare statutory returns: Annual Returns, Half-Yearly Returns, CLRA, ESIC, PF reports
- Support audits (internal, external & government) and ensure zero non-compliance
- Conduct site inspections for compliance, welfare, safety & workplace hygiene norms
- Maintain employee documentation, onboarding records & HR files
- Liaise with Labour Department, PF office, ESIC, and other authorities
- Coordinate with Site HR, Admin, Safety & Project teams for end-to-end compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR SOPs, disciplinary procedures & statutory notifications
