Employee Profile & HR Data Management

Maintain and update personnel files for all current employees.

  • Create detailed HR profiles including job descriptions, performance history, qualifications, KPIs, and training records.
  • HR Improvement & Advisory
  • Conduct a review of current HR practices, policies, and workforce capabilities.
  • Identify gaps in skills, structure, or performance and recommend improvements.
  • Suggest improvements in organizational structure, workflow, and job roles.
  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Understand staffing requirements through discussions with management.
  • Develop job descriptions for new positions.
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Conducting initial interviews
  • Coordinating final interviews
  • Recommend suitable candidates to management based on skills and company culture.
  • Assist in on boarding of selected employees.

DELIVERABLES

  • Updated and organized employee profile database.
  • Monthly HR activity and improvement report.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 per week

Education:

  • Master's (Required)

Experience:

  • industrial or Services organisation: 6 years (Required)
