HR Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Coordinate with PRO to process the visa of the Employees and all government formalities
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
  • Perform complete recruitment and onboarding process
  • Add/cancel employees in the health insurance program.
  • Assist in payroll preparation
  • Assist employees in flight ticket booking
  • Monitor and track all the training and certificate required by the Municipality

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of proven UAE work experience as an HR role in – in F&B, hospitality or restaurant.
  • BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Familiarity with UAE Labor Law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR-related tasks.
  • Proficient in using HR software and MS Office.
