Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.

2. HR Administration

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases (attendance, leaves, etc.).
  • Support visa processing, renewals, and coordination with PRO/government relations teams.

3. Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for basic HR queries from employees.
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help in maintaining a positive and compliant workplace environment.

4. Payroll & Benefits Coordination

  • Collect and verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and end-of-service formalities.

5. HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration (UAE or home-country experience acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of UAE labour law preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
