Key Duties and Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
  • Handle payroll processing, overtime, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure company policies and UAE labor laws are followed.
  • Address employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and company information.

Public Relations Officer (PRO) Responsibilities:

  • Handle all visa processes — application, renewal, cancellation, and medical tests.
  • Manage Emirates ID, labor card, and health insurance procedures.
  • Visit government offices (MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, etc.) when required.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation for trade licenses and other renewals.
  • Maintain proper records of company documents and employee visas.
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE legal and government requirements.
  • Coordinate with management for the timely completion of all PRO-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR & PRO experience in UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
