Job Objectives:
The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. This role involves handling the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training, and HR administration while supporting management in building a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications:
Years of Experience:
Minimum 4-6 yearsof hands-on HR experience, within the UAE or GCC region.
