About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office HR professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily HR operations, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and supporting both employees and management in various HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative HR tasks and maintain employee records
  • Coordinate recruitment processes (job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
  • Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Address employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and HR programs
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist with performance review processes and documentation
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and best practices
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
