Requirements and responsibilities
- Review and screen incoming applications, documents, or cases using both human assessment and AI-generated insights.
- Collaborate with AI models to categorize, prioritize, and extract key information from high-volume data sources.
- Validate AI recommendations, ensuring accuracy and applying human critical thinking where subjective decisions are required.
- Flag inconsistencies, discrepancies, or potential issues identified by AI or during manual review.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Provide feedback to improve AI workflows and support continuous optimization of automated systems.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and insights generated through combined human + AI review.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding screening results, follow-up requirements, or escalations.
- Manage time-sensitive workloads and maintain strong turnaround times.
