Job Description

MileOne Autogroup, located in Towson, is immediately hiring passionate, detail-oriented, Human Resources Coordinator as our team continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with benefit administration, billing, and leave of absence tasks.
  • Process Sales License Applications and related audits.
  • Perform HR data audits and reporting within Workday, taking action to correct or enhance processes as needed.
  • Conduct various audits to assist with payroll processing ( i.e. timekeeping reports)
  • Update pertinent employee information in Workday, our HRIS system of record
  • Follow up with new hires to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed. (i.e. I-9 , drivers license, direct deposit elections, etc.)
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Prepare and maintain HR files, documentation, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist Recruiting team with recruiting tasks which may include posting positions internally and externally and reviewing candidates.
  • Support HR projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of HR related experience; experience in a high-volume, retail, or automotive environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail.
