Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the HR department
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Support recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, etc.)
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Support in attendance and leave tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- English level : (B2)
- at least 6 months of experience in Recruitment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From E£11,000.00 per month
