HR Coordinator

An HR Coordinator supports daily human resource operations by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations. The role involves handling HR documentation, coordinating visa and labor processes, maintaining attendance and leave records, supporting the Wage Protection System (WPS), and assisting with end-of-service gratuity and employee off boarding. The HR Coordinator also serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries, supports employee relations, and helps ensure smooth communication between employees, management, and government authorities. Experienced in using ERP systems.
