We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable
HR Coordinator (Generalist)
to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a Saudi HR professional who has solid experience handling day-to-day HR operations across multiple regions in KSA and possesses strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local regulations.
As part of our HR team, you will play a key role in supporting all HR functions, ensuring compliance, and maintaining smooth HR operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations across different regions within KSA

Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies

Handle employee relations, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation

Coordinate with GRO/PRO for government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.)

Support recruitment activities, interviews, and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
-
Address employee inquiries and provide HR guidance and support

Assist in performance management and disciplinary procedures

Prepare HR reports and support management with HR insights

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.)

Experience handling multi-location HR support is preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

Proficient in MS Office
