Our HR team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth onboarding, payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Coordinator (US) to manage and support US employee onboarding, payroll processing, and offboarding activities. This is a full-time, onsite night-shift role requiring close coordination with US-based clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for US-based employees, including documentation, contracts, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely and accurate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records.

Payroll Support

  • Assist in preparing and processing US payroll on a regular cycle.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee data, hours, and payroll-related inputs.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies professionally.

Offboarding & Employee Lifecycle

  • Handle employee offboarding, including final documentation and exit formalities.
  • Ensure smooth clearance processes and coordination with clients.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between employees, clients, and internal HR teams.
  • Maintain professional communication with US stakeholders during night-shift hours.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and reporting as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or payroll (US exposure preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work onsite night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PST), Monday to Friday.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and payroll fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in a recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing environment is a plus.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
