HR COORDINATOR

Prepare newly hired employees’ files and posting their details in software on daily basis.

Issue Employee Confirmation, Termination, Increment, promotion letters and other relevant documents as assigned by Head HR & Compliance.

To supervise and maintain personnel records as per local labor laws, customers’ code of conduct and company policy.

Handle payments submission and labor cases with workers welfare board and labor office.

To prepare social security (PESSI) and employees’ old age benefits (EOBI) contribution as per laws.

Dealing and working with different Government’s and Public Sector Departments in respect of labor grants, cases, group insurance and other related matters.

Process employee separation activities by receiving resignation, issuing experience letter and software entry.

Check workers’ salaries in software and if there is any issue report to Head HR & Compliance.

Make hygiene cards of all workers.

Prepare apprenticeship forms of employees as per law and submit these forms to related Government department.

Any Other Tasks as assigned by Head HR & Compliance.

EDUCATION:

BA, B.Com, BSc or Graduate from Recognized Institute.

EXPERIENCE:

Fresh or having 1-2 Year experience will be preferred.

Proficiency in Excel, Inpage is must.
