EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS?
● Conduct the telephonic interviews
● Schedule and coordinate the video interviews

● Reschedule and coordinate interviews

● Coordinate with the team members

● Conduct the interviews on platform and on zoom

● Follow Up with the candidates and panels

● keeping a track of all the interview status on a daily basis on sheet

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● Familiarity with different selection methods (screening, interviews, assignments)
● Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity
● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies and skills
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
● MBA in human resources or similar relevant field

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
