HR cum Admin Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Admin Executive to keep our office running smoothly. You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support the team, and ensure an organized and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and official documentation.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
  • Assist HR and management with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office environment.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or office management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
