We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile HR cum Admin Executive/Officer with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a combined HR and Administration role. The successful candidate will be a hands-on professional, critical for ensuring the compliant and efficient operation of both our office and factory facilities, while maintaining effective HR processes and providing key support to our Accounts and Sales teams.

A. Administration Roles:

  • Office & Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of both the office and factory premises, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive work environment. Manage and maintain all office documents, including the inward entry for invoices from vendors and service providers.
  • Utilities Management (Office & Factory): Manage all utilities (e.g., electricity, water, internet, gas/fuel, waste disposal, renewals) for both the office and factory. This includes monitoring usage, processing bills, and coordinating with service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Vendor & Supply Management: Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement and inventory of Factory & office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Coordination & Logistics: Coordinate internal and external meetings/events. Handle staff travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, etc. Coordinate with vendors, transporters, Courier and logistics partners for inward material, Sample Shipments & day to day dispatch record within the channel partners.
  • Housekeeping & Maintenance: Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate necessary office and factory repairs and maintenance activities.

B. Human Resources (HR) Roles:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning and sourcing (job portals, social media) to screening, scheduling interviews, offer generation, and background verification.
  • Payroll & Record Management: Process monthly payroll accurately, manage employee records (manual and digital), and handle employee onboarding documentation.
  • HR Policy & Documentation: Draft, implement, and maintain essential HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant Indian labor laws and statutory compliances (e.g., PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Employee Relations & Exits: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries. Handle employee exit formalities, including full and final settlement (FnF), clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.

✨ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar HR and Administration combined role, preferably with exposure to factory/plant administration and commercial/sales support.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, and relevant Indian labor laws/statutory compliances.
  • Administrative & Coordination Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to manage logistical demands and coordinate across departments (especially Accounts and Sales).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor management, employee interactions, and policy drafting.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Tally, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR/Payroll software.
