HR cum Operations Manager

Kuala, India

The HR cum Operations Manager will support the daily operations of the organization by ensuring smooth workflow across departments, handling HR-related responsibilities, and assisting in strategic planning and execution. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage both operational and human resource functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Operations Management:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with different departments to streamline workflow and resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor inventory, logistics, and office administration to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports for management review.
  • Support in vendor management and negotiations for cost-effective solutions.

HR & Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution in coordination with management.
  • Organize training, development, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to HR and labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support company goals.

Team & Leadership Support:

  • Supervise and guide support staff to ensure productivity.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in strategy execution and special projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations/HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/ERP software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
