HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Dubai, where you will play a key role in managing human resources operations and supporting employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication.
• Manage attendance, leave applications, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and employee files.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
