Job Title: HR Executive - Recruiter
Location: Onsite( Johar Town, Lahore )

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and market bench consultants to various clients and vendors.
• Conduct email marketing campaigns to generate leads and close deals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors.
• Effectively communicate job requirements and expectations to consultants.
• Negotiate rates and terms with clients and vendors.
• Maintain and update the database of consultants, clients, and vendors.
• Work in alignment with the US time zone to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for day-to-day activities and reporting.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in bench sales or a related role in the IT consulting industry.
• Proficiency in email marketing and lead generation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a good command of English.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have a reliable system e.g. Laptop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
