Royal Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to join our Head Office in Multan. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving organizational growth and excellence in human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Support organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning and HR hierarchy structuring.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy in employee compensation and records.
• Contribute to performance management, employee engagement, and capacity-building activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of organizational development, HR policies, hierarchy management, recruitment, and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
