HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various HR and administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth running of the department. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, especially for technical and site-based roles.

· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.

· Maintain accurate employee records such as attendance, leave, and documentation.

· Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of attendance and overtime sheets.

· Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies specific to the construction or manpower supply environment.

· Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management processes.

· Coordinate with project/site managers for manpower planning and deployment.

· Prepare periodic HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in Interior Fit-out, Construction, or Manpower Supply industries are a plus .

· Solid understanding of HR functions and labor laws.

· Strong knowledge of HR practices related to field/site-based workforces.

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS/HRIS).

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

· Experience in managing blue-collar workforce HR matters.

· Knowledge of UAE labor laws (or relevant to your location).

· HR certifications are a plus (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SHRM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
