Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end Payroll Processing.
- Handle HRMS operations and employee data management.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements, including:
- ESI Monthly Return Filing
- PF Compliance
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) Compliance
- Professional Tax Compliance
- Other applicable local statutory compliances
- Process monthly Overtime and Incentives accurately as per company policy.
- Lead recruitment activities for various roles in automobile dealerships, ensuring manpower requirements are met on time.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities and auditors for compliance matters.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in Automobile Industry / Dealerships).
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment in Automobile Dealerships, Payroll, HRMS, Overtime & Incentive Processing, and Statutory Compliance.
- MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
