HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end Payroll Processing.
  • Handle HRMS operations and employee data management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements, including:
  • ESI Monthly Return Filing
  • PF Compliance
  • Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) Compliance
  • Professional Tax Compliance
  • Other applicable local statutory compliances
  • Process monthly Overtime and Incentives accurately as per company policy.
  • Lead recruitment activities for various roles in automobile dealerships, ensuring manpower requirements are met on time.
  • Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Liaise with government authorities and auditors for compliance matters.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in Automobile Industry / Dealerships).
  • Strong knowledge of Recruitment in Automobile Dealerships, Payroll, HRMS, Overtime & Incentive Processing, and Statutory Compliance.
  • MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Male candidates only (as per company requirement).
