HR Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage the end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support organizational growth through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee grievances and provide necessary support.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management.
  • Support in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
  • Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
