NOTE: Real Estate / Contracting Industry experience candidates shall be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment Cycle:

a. Handle the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

b. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.

c. Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.

d. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

e. Effective Recrutiment Process

f. Properly coordinate with team for lineup the interviews

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant role in a real estate or similar industry.

· Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office.

· Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
