HR Executive

Recruitment & Hiring:

Manage end-to-end recruitment through platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right talent acquisition.

Employee Management & Engagement:

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.

HRMS & Compliance:

Maintain and update the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) for accurate record-keeping.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Campus Hiring & Placements:

Conduct placement visits in colleges to attract and hire fresh talent.

Build relationships with educational institutions and placement officers.

Organize campus recruitment drives and internship programs.

General HR Operations:

Manage employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.

Assist in training and development programs.

Support HR policies, performance management, and appraisals.

Requirements:

✅ 1+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an IT/Software company.

✅ Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance.

✅ Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and recruitment portals.

✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Ability to handle onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.

✅ Experience in college placement visits for recruitment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
