HR Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

The HR Executive will support day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth HR functions across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and documentation.
  • Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Participate in employee engagement and training activities.
  • Handle employee queries and provide general HR support.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and confirmations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR matters.
  • Support the HR Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and basic payroll handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
