HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role involves managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and supporting management in implementing HR policies to ensure efficient workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (ERP/HR software).
  • Manage attendance and leave tracking through biometric/ZKT systems.
  • Prepare and update monthly payroll data (Excel/ERP).
  • Organize employee engagement activities (birthdays, events, anniversaries).
  • Draft HR letters, policies, and related documentation.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Provide HR reports, MIS, and analytics to management.
  • Coordinate with departments to assess manpower needs and support workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
  • Proficiency with HR tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ERP, ZKT, Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
