About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at JR Interiors. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, HRMS).
• Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy of attendance and overtime records.
• Support in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations with PRO/admin.
• Manage employee engagement activities and contribute to building a positive work culture.
• Handle performance management processes, including appraisals and probation reviews.
• Prepare HR-related reports (turnover, recruitment status, leave balances, etc.).
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as HR Executive/HR Assistant in UAE (preferably interiors, construction, or related industry).
• Solid understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
