- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including those specific to the education sector.
- Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the education sector is a plus.
