HR Executive

  • Must have school experience
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee development initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including those specific to the education sector.
  • Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
