HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Support payroll, attendance, and HR compliance activities.
• Maintain employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate with teams for smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, employee management, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools preferred.
