Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience in hiring IT professionals across various domains. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

 Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop role-specific recruitment strategies.

 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

 Source candidates through diverse platforms including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

 Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

 Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.

 Ensure all candidate data is accurately tracked and updated in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

 Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles.  Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

 Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives when required.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.

 Strong knowledge of technical job roles (e.g., Software Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.) and current hiring trends.

 Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS platforms.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

 Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in recruiting for mid to senior-level IT positions.

 Exposure to startup or product-based hiring environments.

 Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting.

 Creative approach to talent sourcing and employer branding.
