Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Hiring skilled professionals for MEP projects in India and abroad, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Managing workforce concerns, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and management.
- Payroll & Compensation Management: Handling salaries, benefits, and tax compliance across different regions.
- Compliance & Legal Regulations: Ensuring adherence to labor laws in India and Guyana, including visa processing for international employees.
- Training & Development: Conducting skill enhancement programs for employees to meet industry standards.
- HR Strategy & Policy Implementation: Developing HR policies that align with the company’s global expansion and project needs.
- Workforce Planning & Deployment: Coordinating manpower allocation for various projects across India and Guyana.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
