- Assist in end-to-end recruitment – posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate trackers.
- Support onboarding formalities by collecting documents, and coordinating with new joiners.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities – birthdays, anniversaries, Fun Fridays, and HR social media posts.
- Maintain employee records, trackers, and HR databases.
- Assist in vendor coordination and administrative tasks (housekeeping, ID card/bank account processing, etc.).
- Help with competitor research.
- Manage HR communication on LinkedIn
- Reach out to colleges for internship tie-ups.
- Post jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Maintain a database of passive candidates (talent pool for future hiring) & Prepare weekly HR dashboards (interviews scheduled, offers released, onboarding status)
- Keep the Job Application Form updated on a regular basis.
- Track birthdays/work anniversaries and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain a vendor database (recruiters, consultants, housekeeping, IT support).
- Handle day-to-day HR correspondence and follow-ups under supervision.
