HR Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for our FMCG division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring for sales, marketing, supply chain, and other functional roles across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle mass and niche hiring across FMCG roles (Sales Officers, ASM/RSM, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and induction formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ensure timely closures.
• Support HR operations and assist in employee engagement and HR coordination activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
