Duties and responsibilities: 
 
  Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with company objective
  Collecting and maintaining records of the employees with all their personal and educational details.
  Provide all administrative support require processing VISA of employees in coordination with legal team.
  Ensure employees  salaries are prepare as per experience
  Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
  Ensure the organization s compliance with local federal regulations
  Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  Manage employee s resignation/termination process
  Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  Nurture a positive working environment
  Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  Report to management and provide decision support.
  Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
 
Requirements:
 
  Bachelors /Master s Degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  Interior/ Fit out experience is required.
  Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
