ARKCA Corporate Solutions is looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations and support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication and drafting skills, as well as the ability to manage people and processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance data.
● Handle leave management, and compliance documentation.
● Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
● Support daily operational tasks and assist in improving internal processes.
● Prepare reports and share updates with management.
Skills & Requirements:
● Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
● Strong drafting and documentation skills.
● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Positive attitude, professionalism, and a people-first mindset.
