The interview process will include the following rounds:

1st: Online Quickfire Test

2nd: Personal Interview with HR (Day 1).

3rd: Aptitude Test - Attention to Detail, Numerical & Data Analysis, Verbal, Reasoning (Day 1).

4th: Technical Round with HR Manager (Day 1).

5th: Final round with HOD (Day 2).

Upon selection, you will undergo one week of classroom-based process training followed by an assessment. Successful candidates will then move on to the floor.

Salary: 6 LPA

Training Period: 2 Months (Candidate will receive half salary during the training period). This is the maximum duration and may be reduced.

Probation Period: 6 Months (Candidate will receive full salary during the probation period).

Note: Rs. 1800/- PF & Rs. 200/- professional tax will be deducted from the full salary.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute HR policies and procedures in alignment with company guidelines and local labor laws.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and resolve employee queries related to compensation, leave, and other HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events to foster a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees and managers.

Requirements:

70% and above scores in 10th and 12th academic years.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Sound knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations principles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage HR records and documentation accurately.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management software.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and recommend practical solutions.
