Position Overview:
The HR Intern will provide support to the Human Resources department by assisting with various tasks and projects. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in HR functions and processes within a dynamic organizational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in drafting job postings and advertisements.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Employee Onboarding:
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding logistics.
  • Coordinate orientation schedules and materials.
  • Assist in conducting new hire orientations and ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist in managing HR-related inquiries from employees.
  • Support with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
  • Help with data entry and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Training and Development:
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
  • Coordinate training logistics and communicate with trainers and participants.
  • Assist in tracking employee training progress and maintaining training records.
  • HR Projects:
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support HR initiatives.
  • Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
