Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Support HR initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Prepare and manage HR-related reports and documentation.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in goal setting and performance appraisal processes.
  • Track employee performance and support in developing improvement plans.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and feedback reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
