Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Blue Collar, IT, AI, and Manufacturing roles.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing business requirements.
  • Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires.

Operations (20%)

  • Support HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.

ISO & Compliance (10%)

  • Assist in maintaining HR-related ISO documentation and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, with strong recruitment exposure.
  • Hands-on experience in blue-collar and technical hiring.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR operations and ISO documentation preferred.
  • Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,281.46 - ₹30,482.34 per month
