Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies) for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Assist in manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing levels across departments.
  • Track attendance, shift rotations, on-call schedules, leaves, overtime, and allowances.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and related data.
  • Support employee grievance handling and maintain records of complaints and resolutions.
  • Coordinate HR projects such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and surveys.
  • Maintain HR databases and trackers (leave, training, probation, contracts, rounds) and filing systems.
  • Conduct regular hospital rounds to monitor staff attendance, workflow, and adherence to hospital protocols.
  • Ensure smooth operations on the floor by identifying gaps or issues during rounds and reporting them promptly.
  • Track clinical and non-clinical staff presence and performance during shifts.
  • Serve as a point of contact between departments for on-floor coordination.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports on hospital rounds.
  • Support enforcement of hospital policies, safety standards, and workplace discipline observed during rounds.

Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: MHA / MBA (HR/Administration)
