Qualification : MBA / MSW
Experience : 1 to 2 Years (Preferably in Healthcare Sector)

Candidate should know English & Kannada Language i.e Mandatory.
The Responsibilities of the HR Executive include the following:
· Periodical Assessment of requirement of staff, Maintaining data regarding existing manpower, analyzing the manpower requisitions received from other departments / sections.
· Releasing advertisement, receiving applications from all sources, scrutinizing of applications, Scheduling tests / interviews, making all arrangements for conducting tests / interviews.
· Issuing of Offer Letters, completing joining formalities like Preventive Health Check, Verification of documents, issuing of appointment letters for staff.
· Issue of Job Description to Employees/Doctors(Residents and Registrars)
· Issue of ID cards to Employees/Doctors
· Coordinating with Bank for opening Accounts for Employees/Doctors
· Maintaining of personal files of Employees / Doctors (Registrars / Residents ).
· Maintenance of Leave Records and all matters relating to Leave.
· Issuing Service Certificates for Employees/Doctors
· Ensure registration of newly joined employees and doctors under biometrics attendance monitoring system.
· Any other work assigned by the superiors from time to time.
