Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to provide comprehensive human resources partnership to our dynamic Sales Department. This role is critical in driving recruitment, enhancing employee engagement, managing performance, and implementing HR strategies that directly support business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills and a background in fast-paced tech environments.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for sales and technical roles, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with sales directors and team leads to define hiring needs and develop accurate candidate profiles.
  • Design and deliver effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for the sales team, providing guidance and support.
  • Address employee concerns impartially and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and retention.

Performance & Development

  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of the performance management system.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sales performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Assist managers in creating and implementing performance improvement plans and career development strategies.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure all HR practices comply with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
  • Maintain impeccable and confidential HR records and employee documentation.
  • Oversee payroll inputs and benefits administration for the sales department.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, including attrition, recruitment effectiveness, and engagement levels.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an HR role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in software houses, IT, or technical recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting a sales or commission-driven team.
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Job Details

  • Location: Office No. 402, 4th Floor, Al-Hafeez Shopping Mall, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore.
  • Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
