Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with labor laws, taxation, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR and payroll systems.
  • Generate and issue monthly invoices for clients and internal departments as required.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll and invoice data.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Prepare payroll and invoice reports for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,597.06 - ₹24,055.67 per month
