HR Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who has strong experience in hiring technical roles for IT industry. Candidate must be well-versed in understanding IT job descriptions & sourcing relevant profiles through different recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment for IT roles (Developers, QA, UI/UX, BDE etc.)
• Understand technical JD & discuss with Hiring Managers
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, References, Hiring groups etc.
• Screening, evaluating and scheduling interview rounds
• Maintaining candidate pipeline & follow ups till joining
• Coordinating technical interviews with internal team
• Maintain daily recruitment MIS report
• Offer negotiation & closure

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 Years of IT Recruitment experience is MUST
• Excellent English communication – written & verbal
• Strong understanding of IT profiles / technical skills
• Good convincing skills & professional behaviour
• Must be able to handle multiple positions together
• Familiar with LinkedIn Hiring tools, Naukri etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
