Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database regularly.
  • Support payroll processing and manage attendance records.
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software/tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
